| 有知识不等于有智慧，知识积存得再多，若没有智慧加以应用，知识就失掉了价值。知识是静态的，人有了知识，还应该明白如何正确地将所掌握的知识在实践中加以应用，没有智慧，充其量不过是一本记载着知识的书。智慧是头脑的智能，是一种洞察力和判断力。有勇气能改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀能接受不可改变的事情，而有智慧却能分辨出何时能改变，何时不能改变，知道什么时候“为”，什么时候“不为”。知道你在做什么事，知道热爱做什么样的事，知道能把什么事做成什么样，这就是智慧。只有方向，而没有智慧，方向本身是没有意义的。智慧有时就是一种权衡和折中，用中庸拒绝极端，用理智分析情景，用务实发挥影响，用冷静掌控抉择，用自觉端正态度，用学习积累经验，用勇气放弃包袱，这就是智慧显现。对弱者，光关心不够，要帮助；对下属，光公正不够，要善良；对别人的失误，光原谅不够，要忘记；对自己的未来，光梦想不够，要行动。空才能生慧，学才能生智，心宁智生，智生事才成。每一个人都有值得尊重及学习的地方，慈悲的人教授慈悲之道，横蛮的人教授忍辱之道。如果一个人缺少智慧，又不愿意流汗水，那么谈何成功，所以，做人要看你有没有智慧。 |

| Knowledge does not equal the wisdom. Knowledge can be accumulated, but if there is no wisdom to use it properly, the knowledge will lose its value. Knowledge is static. One should have knowledge, and one also needs to understand how to properly use knowledge in practice. Without wisdom, the knowledge will be equivalent to a book. Wisdom indicates the mind's intelligence, and is also a kind of insight and wise judgment. People with courage can make modifications to the things that can be changed, and they can also accept the fact that some things cannot be changed. But people with wisdom will be able to tell when things can be changed, and when they cannot, and so they know when to make things happen and when not. Knowing what you are doing, what you enjoy doing, and what you can achieve, and that will be wisdom. Knowing only which direction to go without wisdom is meaningless. Wisdom is sometimes a tradeoff and compromise. Being moderate rather than extreme, analyzing things rationally, making influence pragmatically, making choices calmly, holding always a right attitude, learning to accumulate experience, giving up the unnecessary burden with courage, all these reflect wisdom. For the weak, we not only need to care for, but also need to help. For the employees, we not only need to be fair, but also need to be kind. For other people’s mistake, we not only need to forgive, but also need to forget. For our future, we not only need to dream, but also need to act. We can only grasp wisdom with a humble and learning altitude, and a peaceful mind. We can only succeed if we have wisdom. Everybody has somewhere worthy to be respected and learned. A merciful person teaches people how to be kind, and a brutal person should be taught how to tolerate. If one hasn’t got wisdom, and is not willing to work hard, then success will be hopeless, so how to behave depends on whether you have wisdom or not. |
