Optical engineering编辑意见像大修，怎么投稿链接全没了？
前阵子投的OE，今天收到了decision letter。
I am sorry to inform you that we cannot publish your manuscript in its present form in Optical Engineering. The reviewer comments indicate that a major revision and re-review would be required for us to be able to publish it.

看意思是让我大修，可是我登陆进去之后投的稿链接全没了，请问是什么原因啊。
另外，一个审稿人给了几个审稿意见，另一个只说

没提什么东西，因为没有经验，大家觉得我只改语言中稿机会大不大啊？
