Does outdoor play help keep the doctor away?
I read two news, both talking about the benefits of outdoor activities. It was reported that lack of outdoor play leads to dramatic eye damage in Asia and people live near from forest or farm are less likely to develop asthma and allergy. So I am just wondering if it really help. Even if it helps, do we have to time to go out? Our parents hope us to succeed in school, we have to work harder and harder. How could we benefit from the findings if we are not allowed to reach it? |

It's easy to understand "people live near from forest or farm are less likely to develop asthma and allergy." But, why does lack of outdoor play lead to dramatic eye damage in Asia, not Africa , America or some other places? Is it because the air pollution or something else? And i think outdoor plays do help a lot. People spend the whole day in home or office is easy to contract a occupational disease, such as Cervical spondylosis. So that's why we should do some exercises frequently. Besides, i don't agree with the idea that we are too busy to do some outdoor plays. A little bit time on our cell phone or internet, time for exercises will be certain to come. ![]() |
