Air-dried sludge sample was grinded a representative portion until it passed entirely through the 0.20 mm sieve to give a sub-sample of approximately 20 g. Approximately 1.0000 g sludge sample was accurately weighed into a 100 mL beaker, then added 2 mL N and 7 mL C to the wastewater and sludge samples as described above. and Thereafter, gently shaken to mix the contents, heating on an electric hot plate until they gave a lot of white smoke of N. The solutions obtained were cooled to room temperature, and 5 mL 50% (v/v) H was added. Heated again on the electric hot plate until they were evaporated to almost dryness. After cooling, the solutions in the breakers were transferred into 50 mL colorimetric tube times with a small amount of deionized water to 50 mL. Diluting the digestion solution properly, then added H and T acid following the calibration curve program. The final solution volume was kept at 50mL.
