| We used the extraction method of BCR to give a speciation analysis of heavy metals to identify the structure of activated carbon ,prepared by sludge and peanut shell . We determined the different forms of content about Cd, Cr, Cu, Zn, Ni, Pb after sludge pyrolysis by atomic absorption spectrometry .Most of the heavy metals were in an unstable States except Pb before pyrolysis ,but after that the thermal stability of all heavy metal were significantly improved .From which we knew pyrolysis could enable easy migration of heavy metals by acids and soluble nature restore State into a rump State of stability . By examining the rule of sludge thermal decomposition before and after , we knew that temperature and the content of peanut shells had an effect onf morphological changes of heavy metals .Based on that , we evaluatied the potential ecological risk of heavy metals in sludge activated carbon by means of indices of potential ecological risk of heavy metals (IR) , confirming that Cd of potential ecological risk coefficient was large, and once it was used people should pay enough attention. |
