[交流] Where my negtive attitude should be located?

Accross barrier,I've no idea where to go.Very know the negtive only increase the difficults on my front way,but I can't control the ugly feeling.
   I wnat to continue,I need break the barrier,remove negtive attitude from my brian.
  where should be the home of the negtive feeling?

Maybe it is not time to remove the barriers. Don't take all barriers too seriously. How about to do some physical exercise to relax yourself?
