Where my negtive attitude should be located?

Accross barrier,I've no idea where to go.Very know the negtive only increase the difficults on my front way,but I can't control the ugly feeling. I wnat to continue,I need break the barrier,remove negtive attitude from my brian. where should be the home of the negtive feeling?  |

| If you think you are being eaten up by negative feelings, you are not alone. At least, I have had this feeling for a long time. It hasn't been settled but a friend of mine ever said:"Why spend most of your time on the dark side of life? Life is short, look more at the bright side!".
