| I opine that you should first take action,i mean, once you take the first step ,you may find it easier to take the second ,it is a good cycle.Anyway,it is better than stay there and do nothing ,right?As for me,doing sports can make me feel energetic,you can have a try.It feels pretty cool to sweat after sports |
