为了回收和利用排放母液中价格昂贵的金属钴、锰催化剂，提高了钴、锰催化剂的利用率，降低PTA的生产成本，本论文以扬子石化P3线回收Co、Mn催化剂经离心分离获得的浆料为原料，在间歇式钛合金高压反应釜内进行回收催化剂再生方法和再生工艺的研究，并在实验基础上进行了回收催化剂再生工艺的设计。 [ Last edited by kenxx128 on 2012-5-5 at 20:34 ] |

| In order to recycle and exploit the expensive metal cobalt, manganese catalysts in the emission liquor, and improve the utilization of cobalt and manganese catalysts, as well as reduce the cost of PTA production, the present study focused on investigation of the recycling catalyst regeneration method and technology in intermitted titanium autoclave, as well as the design of the recovery of the catalyst regeneration process on the experimental basis, using the resulting materials centrifuged from the recycle of Co and Mn catalysts in the P3 line as raw materials. |
