Major Responsibilities: • Execute the technology feasibility study, including overview of the technology, analysis of the process and preliminary economics evaluation in chemical engineering field • Scout the technology and provide best feasible technology consulting to customers • Ensure knowledge transfer and strong communication within Bayer • Propose and evaluate new ideas in collaboration with cross-functional Bayer expert teams Capability and Competence • Master degree or above in chemical engineering/ process background • Working experience : >5 years for master or 2 years for Doctor • Familiar with chemical reaction, process, equipment, catalyst…etc. • Knowledge about technology –economics, cost estimation and market analysis • Good connections with Chinese universities and institutes will be a plus • Excellent innovation and creativity skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Fluent in both oral and written English 如有意者可将简历发至： yolanda_ywj@163.com 务必注明拜耳 技术顾问 |
