Senior Manager of Administrative/Technical Internal Auditor Job duties: 1.Plan, organize and perform scheduled, special and self-assessment audit projects according to determined audit objectives and in accordance with professional standards. 2.Keep abreast of corporate policies and procedures, investment and constructions, local regulations, as applicable. 3.Identify potential savings and charge backs to third parties during the audits engagements. 4.Conduct audit and/or review on investment planning, budgeting, contracting, construction, settlement. 5.Advise the VGC entities on continuous improvement, risk management; and data and processes analysis. Requirements: 1.Bachelor/Master Degree of Civil Engineering or Business related 2.Fluent in Chinese, good English, regular German (Enough for basic communication) 3.Minimum 3 years of auditing/accounting experiences in construction budgeting and controlling, or construction engineering experience; 4.Certifications like Construction Cost Engineer, CPA, CIA, CISA are desired; 5.Proficiency in Data Analysis Software; Proficiency in SAP R/3 (Modules: FI/CO and MM). 6.International education and/or working experience are also desired.
