美帝发来拒信 已有8人参与

等了6个月左右，终于发来一纸拒信作为终结！拒绝理由： 敏感信息！条款Section 212（a）（3）(A)（1）： Section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (a) Classes of Aliens Ineligible for Visas or Admission.-Except as otherwise provided in this Act, aliens who are inadmissible under the following paragraphs are ineligible to receive visas and ineligible to be admitted to the United States: (1) Health-related grounds. - (2) Criminal and related grounds. - (3) Security and related grounds. - (A) In general.-Any alien who a consular officer or the Attorney General knows, or has reasonable ground to believe, seeks to enter the United States to engage solely, principally, or incidentally in- (i) any activity (I) to violate any law of the United States relating to espionage or sabotage or (II) to violate or evade any law prohibiting the export from the United States of goods, technology, or sensitive information, 其实现在想来还是我递给签证官的英文简历包含了我发表的论文，由于涉及敏感专业，故被拒。其实好多跟我相同研究方向的申请者也都通过了签证，建议大家以后写简历涉及发表论文时尽量避免敏感的文章列表吧。（本来想上传一张拒信的图片，小木虫老提示 Security Error，CAO!到处都是安全敏感词汇啊） |
