为满足日益严格的环保法规要求和汽车工业的快速发展,世界各国均制定了越来越严格的润滑油质量标准,要满足这些严格的环保法规要求,润滑油质量必须达到低磷,低硫,低灰分,高抗氧化性、清净性和分散性,低挥发性,良好粘温性和低温流动性。加氢异构技术是二十世纪以来实现高品质润滑油基础油生产的最有效手段,其技术核心是加氢异构催化剂及其分子筛载体,因此,研发高活性稳定性和高选择性的润滑油基础油加氢异构催化剂显得尤为重要。
In order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental regulations and the rapid development of automobile industry, the world have constituted stringent standards of lubricant quality, which must have the characteristic of low phosphorus, low sulfur, low ash, high oxidation resistance, detergency and dispersion, low volatility, good viscosity-temperature and low temperature fluidity. Hydroisomerization technology is the most effective method to achieve high-quality lube base oil production in the 20th century, and its core technology are hydroisomerization catalyst and molecular sieves carrier, and therefore, the development of high stability and high selectivity of lube base oil hydroisomerization catalyst is particularly important.
