前不久投了篇文章，做某种天然产物的药理学实验，分别作了低、中、高三个剂量，药效依次增强，文章里面说其效果是“dose-dependent”，可是审稿人居然说我这三个剂量没有进行显著性差异的分析，因此不能说是“dose-dependent”，做药理的朋友们说说，人家说的有道理吗？
附：审稿人原文：The authors state that （药名） was （活性） in a "dose-dependent" manner. This would mean that statistical differences should exist between the different doses, but this is not indicated in table 2.
