摘要:煤的灰熔融特性是煤炭气化和燃烧的一项重要指标,煤熔融特性不仅与煤灰的化学组成有关,还与灰成分的矿物形态有关。由于煤灰的熔融温度和煤灰各组分的三元相平衡有关,三相平衡相图经常被用来预测和解释煤灰的熔融温度。据此通过添加不同助剂与煤灰中氧化物相互作用生成高熔点或低熔点物质的方法可改变煤灰熔融特性,或添加不同灰熔点的煤。研究如何改变煤灰熔融特性使其适应不同的排渣方式具有重要意义。

Abstract: The melting characteristic of coal ash is an important indicator of coal's gasification and combustion,melting characteristics of coal are related to not only the chemical composition of the ash but also its composition of the mineral form . Because the melting temperature of coal ash is related to ternary phase equilibrium of all the compositions of coal ash
Ternary equilibrium -phase diagrams are often used to predict and explain the melting temperature of coal ash . The melting characteristics of coal ash can be changed by adding different additives which interact with oxides in the ash to generate substances with high melting temperature or low melting temperature , or adding coal with different ash melting temperature accordingly .It is very significant to study how to change the melting characteristics of coal ash to make it adapt to different way of slagging-off .Keywords:
