The formation of carbon-carbon bonds is perhaps one of the most important reactions in organic chemistry. Currently, the most developed methods for forming sp2 carbon -carbon bonds involve transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions between Ar -M(M) SnR 3, B(OR)2, MgX) and Ar-X(X=halogen, sulfonate). Quite often, these func-tionalized starting materials are either expensive or have to be prepared in several steps. Regioselective conversion of C-H to C-C bonds would result in shortening of synthetic schemes by allowing the use of readily available starting materials. 碳 - 碳键的形成可能是有机化学中一个最重要的反应。目前,形成SP2碳 - 碳键的最先进的方法涉及过渡金属催化的Ar -M(M) SnR 3, B(OR)2, MgX) .和Ar- (X =卤素,磺酸)之间的交叉偶联反应。很多时候,这些功能化的起始原料,要么是昂贵的,要么有好几个前处理步骤。若可以使用现成易得起始原料,C-H键和C-C键之间的选择性转换可能可以缩短合成计划。 给你参考下。 ![]() |
