This happened in 1935, during the Long March of the Red Army. Young Red Army Man (Y): I am hungry, I am hungry. Old Red Army Man (O): Go to find something to eat. The young Red Army went ot search, but found nothing. He returned. Y: I found nothing, I am hungry. O: Oh! So, wash your leather shoes clean and boil them for eating. After sometime, the young Red Army man was eating his shoes. Y: The leather shoe is really tasteful! O: You are growing up, you should eat more. The old Red Army man looked at the faraway place, thinking. O: When we build a new country, we should ensure that every person have a leather shoe to eat. After many years, what the old Red Army man said in 1935 became into reality.  |

No, the government owes us a lot. This joke recall me with the "Great leap forwad", a nightmare for many Chinese People. I wish one day the real democracy would be achieved in China. |
