这是两篇文献摘要，麻烦哪个高手帮忙翻译下，非常感谢！！！ Vitamin D-dependent Ca-binding proteins (mol. We.28,000) of rat kidney and cerebellum were purified by a method involving heating the tissue exts .at 65°for 10min, gel filtration at Sephadex G 100, and chromatofocusing, and characterized by SDS-polyacry lamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and amino acid compn. Studies .Both Ca-binding proteins had comparable chromatog. Properties and mol. Wt, they exhibited a single hand by SDS-PAGE, had a pI of 7.5 in the presence of Ca2+ .Titm. Curves (PH rang 3.5-10), amino acid compn, and N-terminal sequence were also identical for both proteins, suggesting their identity. Active duodenal Ca absorption was analyzed by the single cosinor method in young femal rats. Both circadian and circahemidian variations were documented, indicating a major peak at 15:00 and a minor-peak at 03:00. Neither vitamin D deprivation nor continous lighting changed the rhythm, indicating the endogenous origin of the variation. Vitamin D deprivation decreased the mesor value and the amplitude. Whereas Ca deprivation increased the mesor value and the amplitude, proving the role of vitamin D in active Ca absorption. |

在65度下加热组织10分钟可以用于幼鼠中维他命D依赖的钙蛋白质的提纯。用Sephadex G 100进行硅胶过滤，并用SDS-PAGE检测特征进行氨基酸的研究。通过SDS-PAGE检测发现钙键合蛋白质的层析性质和分子重是单一的。在钙离子的存在下其PI值为7.5。通过它们的强度，我们还确认了它的曲线范围，这个范围在3.5－10之间。 活化的钙吸收可通过余弦公式分析。考虑到生理性的变化，我们推出吸收在下午3点有个最大峰而在凌晨3点则有个最小峰。不管维他命的量增加或减少都不会改变这个规律，也就是说这种变化是自然的。维他命D会减少直肠系膜值，会将这个值放大。确保维他命D对活性钙的吸收。 |
