形式概念分析是由德国Wille. R教授在1982年提出的,它基于形式背景来分析形式概念,是一种有效的知识获取和数据分析的工具,其核心是概念格。形式背景作为一种特殊的信息系统,是由对象和属性组成的二值背景。目前,形式概念分析已被广泛的研究,并成功应用到机器学习,软件工程和信息获取等领域。
属性约简是数据挖掘理论研究的核心问题之一。本文主要研究决策形式背景为不协调时如何进行属性约简,同时这种约简方法(近似约简)如何在电力系统故障诊断时运用。主要内容如下:
(1)研究了决策形式背景为不协调时如何进行属性约简的问题。其中首先定义了下近似协调集、决策约简集等;然后又提出了下近似协调集和决策约简集的判别方法;之后又构造了可辨识属性集和可辨识属性矩阵;最后给出了近似约简方法同时用实例验证了本文中的约简方法。
(2)在电力系统故障诊断中使用了近似约简方法来提取决策规则。给出了故障诊断决策形式背景和故障诊断决策规则的置信度的定义,用近似约简方法对某电力系统的故障决策形式背景进行了约简,最终得出了带有置信度的故障诊断决策规则,这样有助于运行人员在故障发生时根据决策规则来判断故障元件的可能出处(或区域),以便及时准确地修复故障。

Formal concept analysis, which is proposed by Prof. Wille. R from Germanbased on formal context in 1982, is an effective knowledge acquisition and data analysis tool with a core of concept lattice. Form of background was used as a special information system, which is composed of double-value background: objects and attributes. At present, the formal concept analysis has been extensively investigated, and successfully applied to the field of machine learning, software engineering and information access.
Attribute reduction is one of the core issue of data mining theory. This paper includes the decision of formal context on how to proceed the inconsistent attribute reduction, which (approximate reduction) could be used in power system fault diagnosis. The main contents of this paper are as follows:
(1) the decision has been made towards the formal context for the inconsistent attribute reduction. The lower approximation consistent set of decision-making about Jane set was firstly defined. Then the lower approximation consistent set, and decision-making reduction set discrimination method were proposed, based on which a recognizable set of attributes and the discernibility matrix were constructed; Finally,   the examples were demonstrated by the approximate reduction method.
(2) The decision rules has been extracted by using this approximate reduction in the power system fault diagnosis method. The confidence on decision-making rules of formal context of fault diagnosis and diagnosis were defined. With the help of approximate reduction method, the fault reduction for the background of the decision-making in the form of a power system was concluded. In fact, the fault diagnosis decision-making with confidence rules could help to run in accordance with the decision-making rules to determine the possible source of the fault element (or regional) failure to timely and accurate repair when a fault occurs.
