Abstract: In this paper, in use of hydroxybenzaldehyde on carboxyl benzene hydrazone and copper ions form a complex fluorescence intensity of sensitizing with high selectivity,carry out a new technology that uses fluorescent probes selective to measure copper ions in water samples. The experimental results show that the Britton-Robison, buffer solution (pH = 9.89) in aqueous media, the copper ion concentration and the fluorescence enhancement value (△ PL)was in a good linear relationship, the regression equation is ΔPL = 404c (μmol / L) -1.8, the correlation coefficient R = 0.9906,the linear range is 0.1 to 0.5 μmol / L, average recovery is 93% -95%. Contrast to other research methods, this method has a high selectivity, high efficiency, simple features.
