求高手帮忙翻译关于多糖的CA文献摘要

The antitumor β-D-glucan[I,(1→3)-linked with a D-glucosyl group attached to position 6 of alternate units] produced by S.sclerotiorum IFO 935 afforded a gel in neutral aq.soln.which gave no 13C-NMR signals. Signals appeared on the addu to the gel of NaoH to 0.5M and the linewidth was narrowest near 0.25M base(get-to-sol transition).I bound to Congo Red and shifted the λmax in a manner similar to that of curdlan. Neutralization of the sol regenerated the magic-angle-spinning) 13C-NMR spectra,esp the signals for C-3 which appeared at 86 and 89 ppm resp. The c.p-m.a.s spectrum of regenerated І was similar to that of curdlan,suggesting a helical structure.Thus,I and regenerated I appear to have different conformations. |

| 抗癌葡聚糖在存在硅胶的中性水溶液中制备。这种葡聚糖没有C谱信号。当向硅胶中加入0.5mol/l的NAOH和0.25mol/l的碱时会出现C信号。添加刚果红，以热凝胶的方式调整 λmax的值。 中性水溶液中C13信号出现在86至89ppm处。 谱图的再生与热凝胶相似，可能是一种螺旋的结构。因些再生与原来相比还是不一样的构型。 |
