2月28日投CBAC了，现在可以催稿吗？

先说明下情况。这个学期开学后听组里一位老师的意见，2月28日把论文投CBAC（Computational Biology and Chemistry）了，3月14日编辑部通过，送外审。2月28日投稿完后投稿系统给的确认邮件里有段话是这样说的：Because the scope of CBAC is very interdisciplinary all submissions are pre-reviewed by the experts associated with offices of both Editors. The pre-review begins within 24 hours from the time of effective submission and can take up to five (5 ) weeks (10 days on average.) Please be advised that for the time being the EES status will remain "submitted to the journal" but in fact your manuscript will be under the initial review. After the pre-review will be completed your paper will be either rejected or will be given a reference number and will be assigned to one of the Editors. Papers with a reference number will then be reviewed by the Editors and by members of CBAC Editorial Board as well as by external referees. This second stage of reviewing usually takes up to 8 weeks (3 weeks on average.) During this time the status of your paper at the EES site will be "with Editor" but in fact your manuscript will be under review until you will be notified of the editorial decision by your corresponding Editor. 在网站里搜了下，发现之前也有人投这个期刊的，基本上说该期刊审稿比较慢，效率不高。之前虫友的意见详见http://muchong.com/bbs/journal.php?view=detail&jid=1975。别的网站我也找了下有关这个期刊的帖子，也是说慢的。详见http://www.dxy.cn/bbs/topic/14726029。 现在都快5月份了，等的实在是煎熬，想催下。各位虫友请给个建议，现在催稿合适吗？咳，早知道这样就投别家了。 |
