| 以萃取后的FCC油浆(FCCE)和煤沥青为原料通过共炭化反应制备针状焦,考察了原料配比、共炭化时间、热聚合温度、压力和时间对成焦的影响。结果表明,原料中煤沥青比例的增加能提高芳香族化合物的含量,共炭化反应能降低原料的缩合程度,促进了针状纤维结构的生成,实验中煤沥青与萃取后的FCC油浆(FCCE)以9:1的配比共炭化10h以后的原料制备出的针状焦有优异的流线-针状结构。适当的压力、温度和聚合时间能保证中间相小球在低黏度充分的生长、融并成针状结构。原料在0.7MPa、550℃下聚合12h,得到的针状焦呈良好的流线型结构。 |
