[求助] 第一次发SCI 遇到问题 请各位大侠帮忙分析

我的问题如下：
     首先，收到修改人的意见，但没有收到修改后的文章。这是怎么回事？
     其次，让我修改好后再投，能收的可能性大吗？
     修改人的意见如下：However, the entire manuscript must be revised before being considered for its publication: -the English language must be seriously improved -the entire redaction, and in particular the experiments description and results discussion, must be improved in order to make the work accessible to a general reader -the manuscript must be rewritten according the instructions for authors -it is suggested to include the following references 1. Nichelmann L. and Bilger W. Light screening of anthocyanins in leaves of Berberis thunbergii . P18: 22. Botanical Congress Hamburg 2007. University of Hamburg, 2007. 2. Nichelmann, Lars; Bilger, Wolfgang. Light screening by anthocyanins in leaves of Berberis thunbergii. Plant Life in an Extreme and Changing Environment. Tharandt, Germany, 2008

首先，收到修改人的意见，但没有收到修改后的文章。这是怎么回事？

文章是要楼主自己参考审稿意见修改的，审稿人和编辑有给出审稿意见的义务，但是没有帮助楼主修稿的义务。

     其次，让我修改好后再投，能收的可能性大吗？

大意是，文章的语言需要润色，特别是实验描述和结果讨论部分，需要修改语言到让一般读者能读懂的程度，要参考作者指南的格式要求来重写文章。最后是建议楼主引用一些文献。

楼主要按照作者指南的要求来修改文章的格式，找国外专家，导师，或者师兄师姐帮助润色文章的语言，等格式和语言都修改到位了以后再上传稿件吧。
ps. 可能因为没有看懂，所以审稿人没有提出专业的问题

去年7月投了一个杂志，回复跟你了差不多。按要求改了之后再投，半年都没消息，发邮件也不回。可能是杂志问题，还是改投的好啊，祝你好运。
