精密度和检出限 （1）精密度：在上述选定的较佳实验条件下，对含有CDNA = 5.0mg•L-1的BCDO体系进行了11次平行测定，并相应的每次都与空白液做比较，得到的数据列于表3.2中。由表3.2可知，BCDO-DNA体系对于5.0mg•L-1DNA的测定，实验数据的精密度还是较高的。 （2）检出限：在上述选定的较佳实验条件下，同理也连续11次测定了BCDO空白溶液的荧光强度(即F空白)。所得据列于表3.3中。根据表3.3和2.2.5中检出限的计算根据公式DL=3S/K(其中S是空白测定的标准偏差，K取DNA浓度为0～6.0mg•L-1区间线性回归方程的斜率)得到该体系的检出限为1.03mg•L-1。 |

Precision and detection limit (1) Precision : In those selected conditions, we measured the BCDO system containing CDNA=5.0mg · L-1 11 , and compared with empty space and the liquid, resulting data shown in table 3.2. From the table 3.2, we known that the determination of preciexperimental data was good of BCDO-DNA system containing 5.0mg · L-1DNA . (2) detection limit In those selected conditions, we compared with empty space of fluorescence intensityand too, resulting data shown in table 3.3. According to the table 3.3 and 2.2.5 ,the detection limit calculated based on the formula DL=3S/K (where s is the standard deviation of the blank determination, k take DNA concentration 0~6.0mg · L-1 interval slope of the linear regression equation) was the system of detection limits for 1.03mg · L-1. |
