[交流] 第二篇water resarch，写作经验（顺带散金币100）

第一篇water resarch实验做了半年，
失败不少次，
开始导电玻璃上合成的材料会剥落，
最后终于有了效果。
写作花了3个月，
然后多次投稿-悲剧（ES&T，EA，EC）。
每次总会有意见，一点一点改，
还补做了不少实验。
终于被water resarch接收。
其中有一个审稿人的问题很深刻，
我回答：“我们将在以后的研究中深入讨论这个问题”

于是有了第二篇文章，
在cover letter中引用了第一篇审稿人的问题，指出这项研究有意义，
于是送审、大修、小修、录用。

由于自己也帮老板审过篇4篇water resarch的投稿，
给想投这个杂质的朋友一点心得：
第一：这种杂质真的非常重视创新性，
   有一个Comments to Editor，专门针对创新性让审稿人打分。
   有意向投Water Research的朋友可以自己先考虑一下文章是否有足够创新性；
第二：不要怕拒稿，只要有意见就要好好改，尤其要补充实验，
   要敢于投高影响因子的杂质，审稿人是大牛，意见很有用，
第三：当然要有一定的把握。再发一次以前看到的一个非常尖刻审稿意见
   （我是审稿人一、他是审稿人二）
   My general impression on this manuscript is that it is not suitable for the current focus of Water Research. The depth of this research was superficial for Water Research and none of those citations is within five-years from this moment. Therefore, in order to save the time for both reviewers and authors, I recommend this manuscript to be rejected and re-submitted to other journals, like Water Science and Technology, Environmental Engineering and Science, etc. Please be advised that I am fully aware of the difficulty by engineering faculties to make publications in high IF journals, and also I am not saying this research bears no value. The author just needs to locate other more appropriate journals. Good luck.[
