先说本人情况，研究方向为化学计量学和结构生物信息学，3 paper, if>20, 另有 co-author paper 7篇；
应聘的马普植物所，新来的一个group leader，和我做的不太一样，主要做第二代测序分析，前前后后联系了多半个月，昨天下午skype面试，基本过程是先聊天，然后presentation，然后问问题，后来他给我讲ppt，人不错，很nice. 但感觉对我不是很中意(nongenetics)，不知道还有没有戏？下面是他面试完回复我的消息
