第一次是4月4号：Thank you for your email. Your manuscript is still with the referees at present. Once the reports are received we will let you know our decision as soon as we can. 第二次是4月23号：Thank you for your email. Your manuscript is still with the referees at present. Once the outstanding report is received we will let you know our decision as soon as we can. 这细微的差别是不是意味着他们已经收到一个审稿人的意见，正在等另一个？还是正在仲裁呢？ |
