请问申请DS2019表时，外导秘书回复的，帮忙分析下！谢谢！ 已有4人参与

Hello: he will need a minimum to $2,250.00 per month to cover his and his dependents living expenses and health coverage expenses. As of now, the form is showing $2,000.00 per month which makes him $250.00 short. International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) has changed our policy regarding the required documentation needed in order to bring a scholar to campus and here is what is needed to accompany the DS-2019 request form: DS-2019 request form: · Invitation/Offer letter from sponsoring University of ** department · Documentation of financial support · A copy of the J-1 and J-2 Passports In additional to the above forms, we also require your department to create an appointment for the scholar. Below is the information on how to do that. In order for OISS to process a DS-2019 in the new system, your department will need to start a “draft” appointment in workflow. You will be required to know the scholar’s name and date of birth. Please note that the appointment does not need to be completed at that time. You will be issued a Transaction Number. That is the number that you will need to email to me and I will be able to log in and get the University Identification Number.
