求助关于energy&fuels账户密码找回问题

十天前投了个稿子到energy&fuels，目前正在审稿，以为不用关心什么版权的问题，昨天老板突然给我转了一封邮件，“Please take the time to read and complete the appropriate section of the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement by typing your name in the box and dating the Agreement. When you are finished, click "Submit" at the bottom of the form. Only the Corresponding Author, that is, the author managing the submission of the manuscript, can complete this electronic version of the Journal Publishing Agreement. If an author other than the Corresponding Author should sign the Agreement or if you think you are not authorized to sign, consult http://pubs.acs.org/page/copyright/journals/index.html for complete instructions. Please let us know if you have any questions.”发现只能联系作者来做这件事，可是我老板是联系作者，他的账号是我投稿时自动生成的，没有密码，密码需要通过“忘记密码”来索取，点击确定后，系统提示不要重复点击。可是现在也没有收到密码。不知道该怎么办？着急中！ [ Last edited by nsp27 on 2012-4-22 at 18:10 ] |
