Bickelhaupt's activation strain model the activation free energy ΔG‡ for this process is decomposed into two parts: the activation free energy of strain (ΔG‡strain) and of transition state interaction (ΔG‡int). Here, ΔG‡ = ΔG‡strain + ΔG‡int. By examining the individual changes of ΔG‡strain and ΔG‡int this shall provide us with a direct insight into the extent of deformation of the reactants, including the catalyst , in the transition state. 图中给出了计算的示意图，但我对ΔG‡ = ΔG‡strain + ΔG‡int 计算的细节还是不懂，不知道哪位大虾在这方面比较熟悉，能否告知！在此，谢谢了！  |
