Responsibilities:
1. Co-development of manufacturing processes with process research chemist to meet business needs and timelines ;
2. Development of new process technology, improvement of existing manufacturing processes;
3. Responsible for operation of pilot plants, and collect and analyze the data for commercial plant design;
4. Application of modeling and simulation programs (as needed by project) to support project management;
5. Track plant process performance, assist production department to resolve the process
problems efficiently;
6. Establish bench-scale platform to obtain key process parameters for scale-up purpose;
7. Development of mass and heat balances, flow diagrams, and process and instrument diagrams according to project needs;
8. Maintain a safe and tidy laboratory and Maintain lab equipments good performance;
9. Implementing temporary tasks and other works from Technical Manager.
Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. in chemical engineering or Master in chemical engineering with more than 2 years experiences in chemical engineering area;
2. Professional in reaction engineering, seperation engineering and chemical engineering;
3. Be able to make process modeling and simulation before plant trial;
2.The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities;
3.Be capabible of scale up design from lab to plant, either in batch mode reactor or continous reactor;
4.Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time;
5.Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills;
6.With good organizational and planning skills;
7.Strong Team player.
Extra Requirements & Other:
1. Good English communication skill is a plus.
2. Knowledge or experience in fragrance product and technology is a plus.
3. Experience in project management is a plus
