| It established method for determining total saponin in Qian Panax japonicus, which is spectrophotometry. In the color reaction of Vanillin-Sulfric acid- methanol system, the determined wavelength is 496 nm. The linear relationship is good in 7.03-35.2μg/mL range and the regression function is A=0.0012+0.004716×C, in which the related coefficient is r = 0.9991. The average mark(?) recycling ratio is 99.15%. |
