Based on synthetizing β- zeolite by solid phase method at low cost in the earlier stages of laboratory, we have performed semi-works production according to the optimal synthetic scheme, further have optimizated the existing industrialized synthetic raw material, have realized the transition of industrialized raw material and technology; further have optimizated crystallization accelerator, material ratio and crystallization time by adding the crystallization accelerator; and have determined the stirrer suitable for agitated reactor. We have solved the problems in the course of enlargement experiment, so as to save raw materials and energy consumption, increase production efficiency and product quality, improve the comprehensive cost performance of β- zeolite, further decreasing the cost of production. We have succeeded to synthetize a number of β- zeolite products at pilot scale production by the method at the different feeding ratios of silicon and aluminium, and have performed comprehensive analysis of characterization for the adsorption of XRD, XRF, ft-ir, SEM, Py-IR, NH3-TPD and N2. We have synthetized β- zeolite with different ratios of silicon and aluminium at pilot scale production as active components, have introduced into mode catalyst, have tested its catalytic activity in micro live evaluation device, and have optimized active sample in fixed fluid bed to investigate catalytic cracking performance. Finally, we have obtained a set of solid phase method at low cost for synthetizing β- zeolite and pilot scale production of performance test, thereby gathering experience for the industrial production. |
