[求助] 求助药物为尼唑苯酮

各位帮帮忙，我现在想查找一种药物（尼唑苯酮）的半衰期、最大安全给药剂量和基本给药剂量（动物的也可以，最好是老鼠的），有谁知道的请告知，需要给出参考文献，非常感谢！
