这是在另外一个帖子里看到的回复，那位同学不好意思啦，引用下你的话： 用紫外分光光度法吧 配置已知浓度的药物溶液，查该药物在当前介质中的最大吸收波长，测完已知浓度的溶液的吸光度，再测未知的 一比就出来了。 大家可以解释一下吗？ 还有我的导师是这么说的，不太理解。 The solubility is monitored through the absorbance, one way is to establish a standard graph and then quantify the amount of product dissolved.
