英语用得不多,都还给老师了,还请哪位帮助一下.
基于ADAMS空气弹簧客车转向垂臂位置的优化
对于装有空气弹簧客车,在总布置阶段都需要校核转向传动系统与悬架系统之间的运动协调性。因为两系统运动干涉量大小直接关系到汽车的行驶性能,如若处理不当,将会引起车轮摆振、制动时的干涉跑偏、以及转向特性变差等问题。本文应用ADAMS软件,建立了某客车多体动力学的空气悬架仿真模型,仿真结果表明,通过所建模型,可找到较为理想的转向垂臂的位置,从而确保在悬架运动时悬架与转向系统有较小的干涉量。

Based on the optimization of steering arm position for ADAMS air springs of passenger cars
For air springs to passenger cars, at the layout stage we need to check between the steering drive and suspension systems of motor coordination.Because the moving interference volume size in the two systems is directly related to the driving performance of the vehicle .If not handled properly, it will cause interference in the running of wheel shimmy, braking, and steering poor issue.
This ADAMS software, which is established of a multibody dynamics simulation model of air suspension for passenger cars, simulation results indicate that, through the model, you can find the ideal position of the Steering arm, so as to ensure that at the time of suspension-suspension and steering systems have a smaller amount of interference.

The optimized Air springs Airbus ADAMS based on steering arm position

There is an air spring loaded for passenger vehicles, the general arrangement stages are needed to calibrate the steering drive system and suspension system between the coordination of movement。


Because the two systems movement directly interfere in size of driving the vehicle performance, if not properly solved,it  will cause wheel with wheel wobble, and when the brake run interference, as well as poor steering characteristics remain unchanged。

This article applies the ADAMS software, established some passenger train polysome dynamics air suspension fork simulation model.

The simulation result  indicated that through the modelling, we might find the properly  plumbing  arm  position, in which the smaller interference quantity between suspension   and steering system is estanblished!

For vehicles equipped with air springs bus, check the motor coordination between the steering drive system and suspension system in the general arrangement of stage. In this paper, ADAMS software, the establishment of multi-body dynamics of a passenger car air suspension simulation model, simulation results show that the model can be found in the ideal position of the pitman arm, to ensure that the suspension and the suspension movement the steering system has a smaller amount of interference.

For passenger cars filled with air springs, it is all needed to calibrate the motor coordination between steering driving system and suspension system in the general arrangement stages, because the movement interference of the two systems is directly related to the car rideability. if it is not properly solved, it  will cause problems such as wheel wobbling, interfere to pull to one side when braking, as well as poor steering characteristics. This article adopts ADAMS software, has established simulation model of air suspension of many-body dynamics of passenger car. The simulation result  indicates that we can find the desirable steering arm position by the built model, thereby ensuring there is smaller interference between suspension system and steering system in suspension movement
