ְλÃèÊö: Responsibililities: ?Conduct performance evaluation of cryogenic air separation plants, identify efficiency improvement / cost saving opportunities and author plant evaluation reports with recommendations for safe and optimum operation of the plants ?Evaluate performance of rotating equipment and provide recommendations for efficient, safe and reliable operation ?Perform economic analysis of proposed plant upgrades to improve plant performance and generate capital requisition documentation where applicable ?Provide technical support to cryogenic air separation production facilities to resolve plant process/equipment problems ?Review Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID), develop equipment process datasheets, review and approve vendor drawings as needed ?Develop and review standard operating procedures ?Provide support in the development and implementation of advanced process controls for optimizing plant operation Requirements: ?Bachelor¡¯s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering ?5+ years of ASU or CPI plant operation/engineering experience ?Must be capable of analyzing and optimizing of cryogenic Air Separation Units (ASU) or Chemical Processing Industry (CPI) plants ?ASU / CPI operation/troubleshooting or new plant start-up experience would be a plus ?Good working knowledge of process and mechanical systems, rotating equipment and PLC/DCS process control ?Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal systems such as SmartSolve, ALTACS, etc. ?Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
