13年5月16号投的，10月初了还没一审结果，极慢，非常不建议投。每次在helpdesk里跟责编交互，他都用一些rule来搪塞，非常不负责。5个月了不出结果也不给催，只一个劲的强调他的rule，说不乐意可以改投，无所谓。还说最多270天，搞笑啊，270天，很多trans 270天都给了一审结果了。

Average means average. We have papers evaluated in 60 days and also papers evaluated in 180 days or even more, based on the number of papers we have to evaluate and the reviewers' availability. We cannot guarantee an evaluation interval, but we may assure it will not be over 270 days. More details on the HelpDesk.

Dear Author,

1. Every journal has its own editorial policy, most of them making them publicly available, including the evaluation period. We make our editorial policy available to authors, before they choose to submit their papers.

2. If you consider a policy "reasonable or not", this is for sure your opinion. We respect it and you are free to choose another journal.

非常不建议中国学者和学生投ADVANCES IN ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING，影响因子低，还要花版面费，最重要的是服务太差太差。简直跟国内的某些“霸王条款”的单位有的一拼了。

已经给主编去信了，不行改投了。一定要谨慎投稿啊。
