13年5月16号投的，10月初了还没一审结果，极慢，非常不建议投。每次在helpdesk里跟责编交互，他都用一些rule来搪塞，非常不负责。5个月了不出结果也不给催，只一个劲的强调他的rule，说不乐意可以改投，无所谓。还说最多270天，搞笑啊，270天，很多trans 270天都给了一审结果了。 Date: 2013-10-06 11:47:49 Name: AECE Support Message: Hi, There is nothing we can say. Kind regards, 非常不建议中国学者和学生投ADVANCES IN ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING，影响因子低，还要花版面费，最重要的是服务太差太差。简直跟国内的某些“霸王条款”的单位有的一拼了。 已经给主编去信了，不行改投了。一定要谨慎投稿啊。 |
