紧急求助，刚收到PLOSONE发来的信，其中第二点不是很明白

Thank you for re-submitting your manuscript entitled "" to PLoS ONE. Your manuscript files have been checked in house but before we can proceed, we need you to address the following issues: 1. Could you please remove Supplementary Material (Figure S1, Tables S1-S3) from your manuscript file and upload them as a separate files, with the file type of Supporting Information. 2. Please ensure that you refer to Supplementary Tables S1-S3 in your text as, if accepted, production will need this reference to link the reader to the Tables. 两天前是只提出第二个问题，我的理解是文本中没有显示Tables S1-S3 ，于是把补充材料交到了手稿的最后，两天后editor又回复这样说？ 什么意思 难道是我理解有误，是否补充材料需要在手稿里列出来还是？第一次投稿，请高手指教！！ |
