Therefore, under preferable experimental conditions, Na+ concentration and denatured DNA impact on system fluorescent is reviewed. Within the Na+ concentration range of 0¡«0.01mol•L-1, it is certain that Na+ exerts not too much effects on BCDO-DNA system and denatured DNA exerts little effects on fluorescent spectrum of BCDO, namely, there is mainly no chemical action between denatured DNA and BCDO for the separation of twin-spiral structure of denatured DNA. On these grounds, chemical action manners between BCD and DNA are related to twin-spiral structure of denatured DNA.. |

Therefore in a preferable exprrimental condition the effects of the concentration of Na+ and denatured DNA on system fluorescent are investigated. When the concentration of the NaCl is in the range of 0-0.01moi/L Na+ has slight effect on BCDO-DNA system and denatured DNA has little effect on the fluorescent spectrum of BCDO, which indicates that denatured DNA has no effects on BCDO. For the unwinding of the duplex of the DNA it can not interact with BCDO. According to this the way of the interaction between BCDO and DNA is related to the duplex of the DNA. |
