EB has an effect on the fluorescence intensity of the BCDO-DNA system .
For further investigation about our Group’s BCDO fluorescent compounds with DNA , we added a different amount of EB in the BCDO-DNA system , scanning fluorescence spectroscopy ,and the results were shown in Figure 3.34. From the figure 3.34 ,we known that EB has no effect on BCDO-DNA system of emission peak position, however in the emission wavelength fluorescence intensity of 517.8nm emission peaks decline when the EB concentrations increase , and appear at 589nm fluorescence emission peaks of the EB-DNA system increased with the increase in the concentration of its peak strength as the EB. We added EB into the BCDO-DNA system ,then the fluorescence intensity reduced, indicating that EB may replace the BCDO-DNA part of BCDO molecules in the system, forming a EB-DNA complex system. EB can make BCDO-DNA system in 517.8nm by fluorescence quenching and quenching was based on concentrations of EB .According to the phenomenon ,we concluded that between BCDO and DNA's primary role should be similar to the EB and the role of DNA, belonging to the insert method . |
