一种高效处理固体废弃物的菌种！！！已有18人参与

今天和某人聊天，得知日本研究出一种名为 N B菌能降解多种固废（粪肥、污泥、绿肥），很神奇的是这种N B菌居然还可以分解重金属（第一次听说），并以某一污泥加入NB菌后为Pb例，之前：样品含水量13.2%，铅66mg/kg(DW)；之后：样品含水率5 .0%，铅为27mg/kg(DW)。给出的结果是铅被分解了！！！（不解？！） “此NB菌属于有益微生物菌群（CN）：所谓CN是微生物学家经过多年潜心研究开发出来的一种微生物菌群。在自然界中已存的一直对人类非常有帮助的微生物有很多种，CN就是从比较集中的土壤微生物中经过认真筛选培养出来的一个有益微生物菌群，其中包括好氧性和厌氧性两大类（其构成比是：55/45）共计约120多种。” 现在想和大家讨论一下，真的有这种菌的存在吗？没有看到相关文献啊。重金属真的可以被分解吗？！  专利 [ Last edited by syl1204 on 2012-4-8 at 23:55 ] |

找到了专利摘要（可惜下载不了全文）： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively decomposing heavy metals, dioxins, and agricultural chemicals contained in soil, water, seafood, dung of domestic animals, incineration ash, or the like. ; SOLUTION: In this method of decomposing heavy metals, dioxins, and agricultural chemicals, an effective microorganism group containing blended strains comprising 55% aerobic bacteria group and 45% anaerobic bacteria group is mixed with organic waste to carry out a primary fermentation at about 40-200[deg.]C, and, additionally, an effective microorganism group containing blended strains comprising 55% aerobic bacteria group and 45% anaerobic bacteria group is mixed therewith to carry out a secondary fermentation at about 100-200[deg.]C, together with material to be treated, thereby decomposing the heavy metals, dioxins, and agricultural chemicals contained in the material to be treated. ; COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO [ Last edited by ymnh on 2012-4-9 at 00:02 ] |
