| (A) Photograph of a mouse with a tumor that has been labeled with SERS tags for noninvasive tumor detection with SERS. A laser is focused onto the tumor site, and the SERS signal from the tumor is recorded. (B) The SERS signal from the tumor and liver of the mouse. The SERS signal from the tumor is representative of the SERS tag used to target the tumor; in contrast, there is little signal from the liver. |
