大家帮我修改下我的翻译吧，关于药品测定的

测定法：取本品适量，精密称定，用流动相溶解并定量稀释制成没1ml约含50μg的溶液，精密量取10μl，注入液相色谱仪，记录色谱图；另取伏立康唑对照品适量，精密称定，同法测定。按外标法以峰面积计算，即得。 Determination method: The accurately weighed substance was dissolved in mobile phase to make a test solution (50 μg mL-1). Accurately weigh 10μL solution, inject it into the liquid chromatograph and record the spectrogram. Detect the Voriconazole in the same method mentioned above. Calculate the result in external standard method base on the peak area. 大家帮我看看吧，我觉得最后一句的问题比较大，还有就是“量取”该用哪个单词呢？ |
