[交流] Get going

This is the second work day after the Tomb-sweeping Day.
We all receive an E-mail about attendence management in this morning.
In order to improve the attendance rate, our research group initiates the system of the fingerprint attendance this session.
Working six days a week, it is 8:30 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon.
Weekly attendance rate will be provided to everybody by E-mail.
Accordingly, we really know the late record and absenteeism of each other.
From next week, we have to get up early and arrive on time.
You know, a student may have a high rate of attendance but low efficiency.
However, we should not only have high rate of attendance but also high efficiency.

Yes, the system of the fingerprint attendance is not the purpose, it is just a means to make sure student should be on time.
As to me, though I stay in the lab all day, I have a few harvest
So I must make full use of my time

I think the fingerprint attendance is horrible,
and actually maybe not that efficient.....
as for our group, our mentor just supervise us by MSN....
and it may be better if the appraisal is related to your work,
i.e., you work fast and efficiently, then you have more time to do other things,
else...you know....but it seems difficult to put into practice
