小弟菜鸟一个，第一次投稿。今天收到编辑部来信，不知道是啥意思，各位高手能不能给些建议，感激不尽啊。 Dear XX: The evaluation of your manuscript indicates that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the review comments (see below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. In so doing, please a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments; and/or b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed. Please submit your revised manuscript within 6 months of the date of this notification. Revised manuscripts returned after this time will be considered as new submission subject for full re-review. To submit your revision, please do the following: |
