[求助] International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology 小修意见求助

三个月前投稿到International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology 的文章，昨天收到小修意见，第一次投SCI期刊，有些不明白的地方，特此求助。
1、编辑的邮件是否需要回复？
2、邮件中We look forward to receiving your revised manuscript by Jul 03, 2012. 是越快返回越好？给的意见不太复杂，应该可以较快改完的
3、有条意见没看懂，大家帮忙看下啊，没搞明白。
Include in this way in the state of art works on the journal about geoemtrical, kinematical or other problems. For example:
-Analysis of the tool tip radial stiffness of turn-milling centers in IJAMT
-Precision Nanometrology, Sensors and Measuring Systems for Nanomanufacturing
Springer Series in Advanced Manufacturing, 2010, Volume 0
- The Denavit and Hartenberg approach applied to evaluate the consequences in the tool tip position of geometrical errors in five-axis milling centres, in in IJAMT
