Pre-Sale Support -Sample Running for coming deal support. -Presentation –Conferences, meetings, seminars& Workshop. -Instrument and Software Demo for customers -Visit customer with Sales for special or tough cases -Enhance relationship with industrial expert. 2.Post-Sale Support -On site support—training, methods development, application related solution. -Provide technical support tool and solutions. -Buildup relationship with customers ( working on projects, etc.) -On-Line Support Qualifications: Qualifications: 1. Solid background in Chemistry/Spectroscopy. 2. Familiar to FTIR,UV, FLD princple, operation and basic method development. 3. Familiar to the sample process in the area of Environmental/food safety/Material. 4. Good communication and documentation as well as English skills. 5. Master Degree or Ph.D or equivalent.
