| 天然气作为清洁能源具有转换效率高,环境代价低,投资节省和建设周期短等优势,积极开发利用天然气资源已经成为全世界能源工业的潮流。大庆油田是我国最大的石油生产基地，随着大庆到哈尔滨、大庆到齐齐哈尔天然气管道的顺利投产，天然气管网日趋庞大、完善，天然气计量仪表的需求量将不断增加，对仪表的检定也将提出更高的要求。大庆及东北地区还没有可进行以天然气为介质的实流检定场所，每年流量计的检定需要耗费大量的人力、物力、财力和时间。大庆地区天然气流量计校验装置的建立，不但可以解决大庆油田及周边地区各种高准确度天然气流量计以天然气为介质的实流检定，同时还可开展与其它气体标准装置的对比实验。 |

| As a clean resource, natural gas possesses some advantages including highly effective conversion, low environmental pollution, economical investment and short period of construction, and due to these features above, it has been a tendency of the energy industries all over the world to exploit and take advantage of the natural resources actively.Da Qing oil field is the biggest base of the petroleum exploitation. With the tube of natural gas successfully constructed from Da Qing to Ha Erbin and from Da Qing to qiqihaer, the webs of natural gas tubes increasingly are expanded and perfected, the demands to metering devices are increasing and the scheduled examination to the devices will also be faced with higher requirement. No places for real-flow verification with natural gas is found in daqing and northeast region in China, and the verification to flow device costs numerous labors, material resources and time every year.The establishment of calibration equipment for natural gas flow in daqing region, can not only resolve kinds of real-flow verification using highly accurate flow device for natural gas with natural gas as medium in daqing and regions nearby, but can take comparative experiment with standard devices of other gas. |

| Bing a clean energy, natural gas show some advantages which include highly effective conversion, low environmental pollution, economical investment and short period of construction. For the above characteristics, it indicates a promising trend in the energy industries worldwide for exploiting and utilizing the natural resources spontaneously. Da Qing oil field is the biggest base to produce petrol. With the tube of natural gas constructed from Da Qing to Ha Erbin and from Da Qing to qiqihaer completing,The natural gas tubes are increasingly developing and perfecting, meanwhile, The increase of the demands to metering devices , the scheduled examination to the devices face a greater challenge. Since the technical environment is too poor to do real-flow verification with natural gas in daqing and northeast region in China, and the verification to flow device costs numerous labors, material resources and time every year. To build calibration equipment for natural gas flow in daqing region, may not only resolve kinds of real-flow verification using highly accurate flow device for natural gas with natural gas as medium in daqing and regions nearby, but have experiments with standard devices on other gas. |
